1. Exchange Period

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for exchange.
2. Conditions for Exchange

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Items purchased on Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
We categorize shipping responsibilities based on the nature of the request:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged or there is a size issue (wrong size sent), One Million Dress will bear all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange an item simply because you did not like the article, the customer will be responsible for paying the return courier charges.
4. Damaged Items Claim

If you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us within 24 hours.
